DELIVERY INFORMATION
mro-industrialsupply.com.vn can deliver orders to all locations within Vietnam as well
as internationally. We offer the following shipping and handling options
Option 1:
Standard shipping
- Ho Chi Minh City location: 1-5
working days
- Hanoi & another location: 1-7 working days
Option 2:
Express shipping
- Ho Chi Minh City location: 1-3
working days
- Hanoi & another
location: applied standard express shipping term of
Viettel Post.
3- In-store pickup
To treat you better when you place
the order on mro-industrialsupply.com.vn website, we offer you “in-store pickup” service. It means you can visit our store and review the order before
receiving. As soon as your order confirmed, your order will be prepared and
packed for your pickup. We will send you an "in-store pickup is
ready" email. All you have to do is come to the store, show them your
order and collect it.
After receiving the email, you'll have four days to pick up your
items. After four days, if the order have not been collected yet without
any notice from you, your order will be automatically canceled.

Delivery standard
- FREE shipping is automatically applied on orders over 3,000,000 vnd and select standard delivery option with delivery address in Ho Chi Minh City area.
- Standard shipping for orders
under 3,000,000 vnd with delivery address in Ho Chi Minh City area.
Area 1: District 1,
2, 3, 4, 5, 10: 30,000 vnd / order will be applied
Area 2: District 6,
7, 8, 9, 11, 12, Go Vap, Thu Duc, Binh Tan, Tan Phu, Tan Binh, Binh Thanh, Phu
Nhuan: 50,000 and / order will be applied
Area 3: Nha Be, Binh
Chanh, Hoc Mon: 70,000 VND / order will be applied
- Hanoi and other provinces:
standard freight charge rate (standard delivery time) of the ViettelPost
service will be applied. The freight charges will be applied depend on the
weight of each order.
2. Express
shipping
- Ho Chi Minh City area: base on the standard
shipping rate and additional express shipping charge 30,000 / order will be
applied.
- Hanoi and other provinces: express freight charge (express delivery time) of Viettel Post service will be applied. The freight charge will be applied depend on the weight of each order.
Note:
* To ensure the prompt delivery
of your order, we recommend that you place your order by 3 PM.
* Business day refers to Monday
through Saturday, excluding Holidays. Sunday deliveries are currently not
available.
* For ViettelPost services
option, shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include
the time it takes to handle and pack a shipment. All expected delivery dates
are provided at the checkout page. However, due to payment type, and that
company's approval procedures, there could be a delay in shipping your order if
the billing information is inaccurate, or if your billing and shipping
addresses are different.

Expedited shipping is also not available for shipments including items
containing hazardous material by the Department of Transportation which may be
some watches due to the batteries they contain.
